Swift's Photoshop Filter 01: Fractalize

This is a photoshop filter, written 2005 by me. The Photoshop7 API was used, so this filter should be running on PS7 and above.
This filter is a quick'n'dirty hack, so this filter comes WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. The filter is published as freeware.
Short description: This filter manipulates the image with fractal-like algorithms.
Hint: Just play around with the options :-) With large images you need higher iteration values.
Note: The preview shown in the filter only shows the original image (performance reasons).
